In preparation for the Monster Rockfish Tournament next weekend (10/30/10) on the Chesapeake Bay, we visited the morning shows at 98Rock and at WBAL. We brought them oysters to start the day, and, of course, rockfish. We prepared the rockfish three different ways for them- wrapped around crab imperial, blackened with mango salsa and walnut encrusted with gorgonzola cream sauce. 98Rock was kind enough to send us an audio clip of our visit.
