Not to break my arm…but last week, we took Third Place Honors in the Whole Hog Category at Pork in the Park in Salisbury, MD. We are stoked!!! Pork in the Park is a national competition sanctioned by the KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society), and we were competing against 115+ teams from 17 states and Canada. Incidentally, Pork in the Park was our FIRST competition. Not too shabby if I do say so myself.

1 Cup McCormick’s Pork Rub
½ Cup Ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Cayenne Pepper

¼ Cup Ground Cinnamon
¼ Cup Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons Cumin
